· By train: Catch a taxi for a 10-min ride from TRA Hualien Station.
· By city bus: Bus 308 adds two shifts in the port when cruise ships calling port, shuttling passengers to and from nearby Hualien City and TRA Hualien Station. Also, catch bus no. 308, 105, or 1123 from Shalom Mennonite Center across the street from the port’s main entrance to destinations in and around Hualien City.
