All TIPC cruise terminal buildings feature a passenger waiting area, service counter, restroom, breastfeeding room, accessible facilities, wheelchair service, water dispensers, currency exchange service, and AED station. All are marked on terminal floor maps.

Q4、Are currency exchange machines available in TIPC cruise terminal buildings?

Automated currency machines installed at the Ports of Keelung and Kaohsiung provide two-way currency exchange services for USD, JPY, and RMB.

To use these machines, Taiwan nationals must show their National ID card or passport, foreign nationals must show their ARC/APRC card or passport (copy is acceptable), and residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau must show their arrival card and residence certificate.

Withdrawal face value amounts: USD50, RMB100, and JPY5,000. Coins provided.
